He is a lawyer by profession
He has been actively involved in political processes since 1997, and has consistently published scientific and journalistic articles in the press.
From 1997 to 2000, he was a member of the Popular Front Party, a member of the Supreme Assembly of the Popular Front Party, an authorized representative of Abulfaz Elchibey, the former president of the Popular Front Party and Chairman of the BAB. In 2003, he was one of the founders of the Great Establishment Party and headed the party's executive office. He resigned from the party in 2004.
Since 2005, he has been the chairman of the “Globalized Azerbaijan Civil Development Center” Public Union (GASIM-PU), which has been established by more than 50 specialists educated in most European countries - Turkey, France, Germany, England, as well as the United States and Canada. He worthily represented Azerbaijan at international symposiums in several countries - Turkey, France, Germany, Russia, as well as at the summit of young political leaders of the CIS countries in September 2005 in Sochi, Russia.
In 2008, Anar Asadli, Chairman of the “Globalized Azerbaijan Civil Development Center” Public Union, was nominated to chair the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Under the authorship and editor-in-chief of Anar Asadli, in 2006 the country's first economic magazine “Yeni Iqtisadiyyat” (The New Economics), a monthly business economic magazine, was launched in Azerbaijani and English languages. Since 2008, the magazine has operated as an economic news agency of the same name.
In 2014, he founded xeber365.com, a website that stands out for its originality in the country's news field.
QASIM Public Union led by Anar Asadli has carried out large-scale events abroad. “The International Khojaly Genocide Panel: A Crime Against Humanity”, dedicated to the Khojaly tragedy, arranged on February 23, 2016 in Ankara, Turkey’s capital, and again another event on December 30, 2014 at Erciyes University in Kayseri, Turkey, dedicated to “The Day of Solidarity of Azerbaijanis” were some of them.
He participated in the parliamentary elections on February 9, 2020 and won a large majority of votes and the sympathy of the electorate, and was one of the most successful candidates in these elections.
On July 16, 2020, together with his fellows, he founded the AZERBAIJAN RISING PARTY.
